Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or special-order items
Electronics that have been installed or used
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions for shipping your item(s) back.
Pack your item securely and include your order number inside the package.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
